It is a friendly company.
Dislikes
It is very pressuring. They claim to have flexible hours but I end up spending almost 6 hours per day. There is no proper definition of explanation of one's role in this internship. There are no off days. The stipend is not fixed. They are giving sales job to an HR Intern as a "training task" which only after receiving enrollments for the membership are then given tasks of an hr intern. Most of the interns are undergrads and the promotion in this internship takes place so quick that there's a high chance the team leader is an undergrad too. It's hard to say if there's an actual professional working behind the scenes as I haven't really got that feeling<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I'm still interning so I'm not sure whether I'll be receiving my pay after the 2 months are completed</mark>. The Training task definitely needs to go as no one wants to pay for courses that are available for free on different platforms. These tasks that also determine whether the hr interns will be promoted is also utter nonsense because what can we do if students do not want to enroll. They cannot be forced....Read More
