eClerx is a good platform to start your career and stay for an year or 2. There are certain learning programs which are good.

This company does not value talent, honesty or hard work. If you want to survive in this company better have a great rapport with senior management and you are good to go. You can leave your talent or skills outside the gates as there is no consideration for the same. Work culture is pathetic and management is doomed. The Mumbai team management till 2020 was amazing and learned a lot from Senior people. Lot or additional learning exposure offered by the company

I am deeply saddened by eClerx HR’s unfair decision to force my resignation despite being medically fit as per my doctor’s consultation. I was fully willing to continue working, but after my parents, out of concern, didn’t allow me to attend for just one day, Management took an extreme step without considering my commitment. You'll get to see true colours of management as well as colleagues with office politics and also you'll see that you're are eligible for promotion but still you don't get it because other employee got offer letter from some other company and they'll match it and retain that employee and will promote you next year

Last year I received increment (4%) which was less than the inflation rate (8%) and this year also don't have much expectations from them. Favouritism. Tede employees se he seedhi hai management.

Junior management like some APM'S ( Associate Process Manager like Anakhbir Singh has a very rude behaviour and did practice of politics and favoratism and also took there bestes side or there favour which left everyone speechless and in result they never took the action against them because he has there favorite people around him who will take there side in returns he will give them a benifit in work , WFM and leaves etc. so I think it's better to only work for 1 year and switch to other company which will increase Your salary sine one person cannot change the work environment and cannot fight with the system. Yes people leave this company with good notes because they still need to work and earn otherwise verification in next company will not pass.. so it's hard to accept but this is the reality. In my opinion atleast company should increase the appraisal to 10% increament in this company if the company is in profit but if company is not in profit then people should switch to other company for better growth and salary.
