The environment is Friendly with many Opportunities for Learning New things. Seniors always Help Juniors to Explore and Managers also takes part in that. I Will Mention HR Department Especially here, They are too good and helpful in the expect of Employee's Rights and Office Culture.

Dislikes

You Need to Perform Well for your place else you will soon replace by any Other Person. Work Load is Also a Factor I will Mention Here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
