I do not mind that they removed me from PCIP but why they treated to a new joiner like outsider and hold accountable for every negative thing which I was not responsible. It was like their plan to put every negative part of the process on new joiner and remove them every year. Why management handling remotely and how owners are allows this. Office location is far for me so traveling is what I don’t like yes they provide cab services but the application doesn’t work for many users like myself provide laptops but not allowed to work from home.

There’s nothing to like about this company they trap frehsers at such low pay and then they get all thw work done with them . There’s no training planned or scheduled they treat you there like shit.

The office politics is so much they you will get demotivated to another extent. Posting a mere reel can ruin their organisation image so they will be mg you to resign . The back end work is so pathetic there are some process where you only do copy pasting in the name of work . No growth at all , Zero skill development Pls don’t ever join this company.

You'll get to see true colours of management as well as colleagues with office politics and also you'll see that you're are eligible for promotion but still you don't get it because other employee got offer letter from some other company and they'll match it and retain that employee and will promote you next year

Last year I received increment (4%) which was less than the inflation rate (8%) and this year also don't have much expectations from them. Favouritism. Tede employees se he seedhi hai management.
