I just hate the company as it's hire and fire company. Every year it does hoax hiring then they will use your resume to make bill from the client and just before you complete one year they will fire you and blame you that it's your fault. If you want to survive in this company, you have to be a great politician and expert in oiling and buttering.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
