HR, 9 days policy which HR will not tell you before firing. Language barrier trainer. You have a test on 9 day after 4 days of training and u r gone. Just worst. They should call them self as company. It’s like a shop in Sadar market. Specially no team, u r an individual and can’t ask anything from the team members cause no team. So please stay home but don’t join this pathetic shop.

They are just making fool of customers in the name of sales. Tenured agents are pathetic, They consider themselves as the owner of the company. However you will get full support from your supervisors and managers, they are really supportive If they work on providing the services to customers this company can become very large, but they pretend that they are providing the service but actually making fool of customer just to get there pocket fill with money This company is really great but I left because of bad tenured agents and making fool of customer in the name of sales If you have no heart and can let it happen to you what you do to others, this is a really a great place for you to work. - Office is located in Prime location of Gurgaon, DLF Cyber City , so no need to navigate in congested lanes - Salary & Benefits are good - Team mates & Seniors are very supportive - Company treats employees as humans & not some money making machines. There is not much to like about the company nowadays but previously they have good people and culture was good overall in past things were there to learn as compared to today.

Favourism Enviroment, Company culture is just to hire new people and kick them out itself in OJT or secondary rounds as they hire in bulk and fire in the same way.They only set your expectations high by providing you good salary and once someone leaves the organisation they will find very hard to get a job as they wont let you learn anything apart from sales.No knowledge is being provided as if they are training donkeys nowadays.Incentive is the one by which they build a report for the new employees by sharing the stats of years back and nowadays earning incentives is a very very tough task working with them as they put a certain bar on it and lead grading system.Job security is NIL....Read More

nothing to like about, this is a typical lala company, no benefits, office politics, egoistics management, this is a place where dreams go to die.

Office politics, they would fire you at will, many examples i have seen during my tenure where people were either demoted or asked to leave. Although most of the development is done by Indian team, there is a discrimination against Indians, and the management from Riga often point out "why are so many Indians being hired" at townhall events. Most shocking was that HR would provide you an offer letter before joining but after joining you would be getting a different appointment letter in which would be deduction of performance bonus and retention bonus from your given CTC, but because you have already joined, you would have to accept. HR department is unresponsive, there are budget allocations for team events but the budget is slashed and the amount is utilized by HR for his/her own expenses, there is corruption here, never seen anywhere. yes you would be given diwali/birthday gifts but that is also deducted from your salary! You are asked to mandatory give 9 hrs daily, even the time for washroom/lunch etc is being tracked, now they are implementing screen time recording. Mandatory work from office and often have to extend whenever there is client visit, and trust me there are lot of client visits!! About commuting to office, there is no support from org, as this is in cyber hub, you would find hard to book a cab at the given working hrs, I would not suggest to join here, kindly take the offer letter and look somewhere else....Read More
