Work timings-12 hr a day,salary in written 20k but in hand 13-14k, target -impossible,but they will always say try you can get insensitive..most important!!!! Don't complain or say your problem to manager because he is not a human literally.if you told him any of your problem he will give a bigger one on alternate. I worked their for 3 month almost every day i was just thinking when i leave i will file a case against them . Their key work is TERMINATE.for every single thing they only saying we will terminate....Read More

Great company to be honest, a very understanding HR & other staff are quite good, job security is almost not there if you are performing you are good else you are out as simple as that.

A warning letter within two weeks of joining is quite harsh try people for atleast 2 months as they are just into the job that is given, you just can't expect good performance by sheer luck eg:- if your customer are paying you are performing good, else ur not, it mostly depends on luck, no one sits quite if you are paying them, everyone is doing their best, the manager needs to understand this, again a warning letter won't make someone perform better, give some time for the employee to settle....Read More
