Job is more secure than other private companies. You will get to learn and grow a lot. Colleagues will be friendly and supportive.

Upper Management is totally shit. Forget Work-Life Balance, you won't even be able to get proper sleep at night. Not much in terms of promotions and appraisals. Plus no bonuses at all. Salary is decent for freshers.

Company management without experience people teach you how to gain experience overall all are make group without any proper training they will give work and there will be no document for that work and then they will say you are doing wrong and if you tell them to please correct us they will say that your job figure it out by youself and copy paste some quotes on your face.
