Job is more secure than other private companies. You will get to learn and grow a lot. Colleagues will be friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Upper Management is totally shit. Forget Work-Life Balance, you won't even be able to get proper sleep at night. Not much in terms of promotions and appraisals. Plus no bonuses at all. Salary is decent for freshers.

You get to learn about sheet metal module in solid works at best.you get to learn different driving mechanisms at one places. You get free food in canteen.

1. Poor management 2. You get so many dump inputs from higher management for design and eventually projects gets stuck or on hold. 3. Very terrible software team. Can’t make their software run even hardware is ready from so much time before. 4. Anything happens on the projects first team to blame is mechanical design…!!!
