Nothing to like much about over here

Dislikes

No work life balance. They think, since person is at home they can work anytime and for any hours . Pathetic work culture. Management just talk about work ethics and professionalism but it’s not shown in their actions. There is no proper time management. Very poor workforce / resources mangement.
