The best part of datamatics is it provides jobs for many rural side people & it won't let u feel unemployed.

The company culture is too old fashioned school like wearing shoes & formal compulsory there is no choice of individual. Also the employees have no freedom, mobile phones not allowed, salary is low, it feels like your are as bonded labour so need to improve on those things. Seniors presurrize too much

The world culture is toxic and in the product management team, Unley VP has joined who is very bad and he doesn’t even know how to work and he thinks his master of everything and moreover, this is like a service based company and they say like as if it is a product-based company, they don’t know how to work very toxic environment and also tells everyone to work.
