The world culture is toxic and in the product management team, Unley VP has joined who is very bad and he doesn’t even know how to work and he thinks his master of everything and moreover, this is like a service based company and they say like as if it is a product-based company, they don’t know how to work very toxic environment and also tells everyone to work. Even after the working hours salary is very low compared to industry standards and even in the appraisal time, they’ll give a very low hike and promotions is far from.
