Unfortunately there is nothing to like for QA department and don't know about other departments.

Dislikes

Chaplusi. QA head is pessimistic person. QA head believes creating divide between Old and new joiners. QA head gives damki in calls. No any celebration but instead they ask you to give something to celebrate. QA head gives promotion to his chamchas only.

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

Dislikes

I am not talking about company culture, bcs I m not sitting at offshore. I am working at onsite project. Hence ,in this prospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation
