There is no work-life balance kind of things you can think about even while working with DXC as your mentor call you anytime for login and do the work after your shift, No proper technical training provided by any vendor or any teammates, Teammates/project manager/manager are very diplomatic and some of the project managers are likea dictator who always gives the order. They may not talk politely on chat as well as in meeting too. Taking leaves is also a big challenge here, will have to fight to take leaves. If you are thinking to take sick leave that will consider in your performance. There is no such appraisal in DXC as of now. Have seen many people are leaving due to this reason too....Read More
