Their policy of hiring freshers ans give them opportunities. No frustrating work and also less work-load. If you are fresher join and work only for 1-2 years and go for other opportunity you will definitely paid well.

Dislikes

High politics, no salary hike, almost slow career growth. Undeserved managers, they are just relatives of senior management. HR only supportive at the time of hiring but later they become chameleon. Unprofessional and unproductive senior employees who don't like fresh talents to grow may be biased. When you will join you will realise how all the senior management how stab knife in your back.

As I was tax associate for US I really like to say seniors and team leader/management are very supportive. You can ask whatever you have problem with anything(related to work). You can learn many thing yourself as time pass through.
