Datamatics is good for Freshers to start off and have hands on learning experience. I had a good team but it doesn't compulsory mean others will have one. There is politics in each department. Good for learning experience but I feel 2 to 3 years is enough to gain that experience and move on for better salary and growth career wise. There are people who have been in the organisation for more than 10 years and have had a good growth due to their capabilities and as well as good rapport with their managers etc. To stay in Datamatics you have to know the correct way to make your way to the top. The world culture is toxic and in the product management team, Unley VP has joined who is very bad and he doesn’t even know how to work and he thinks his master of everything and moreover, this is like a service based company and they say like as if it is a product-based company, they don’t know how to work very toxic environment and also tells everyone to work.
