The culture and people are pathetic, extremely narrow-minded and no sense of etiquettes. Only some of the senior execs are good but if you don't have to deal with them then you're doomed. Timings are not flexible, you have to wear formals Mon-Thurs. HR only listens to people with authority, people with no authority can definitely voice their opinion but no action would be taken for that.
