The best part of datamatics is it provides jobs for many rural side people & it won't let u feel unemployed.

The company culture is too old fashioned school like wearing shoes & formal compulsory there is no choice of individual. Also the employees have no freedom, mobile phones not allowed, salary is low, it feels like your are as bonded labour so need to improve on those things. Seniors presurrize too much

Traditional way of working. Over load with work. You are required to work at all time zones. No recreation for HQ employees. Benefits, annual function and recreations are only for Senior Management. Bad Work Culture. If you are a fresher and wants to learn then you can choose to stay for a year not at all recommended for experience resources. For boys it was hell no policy can made for males problems, real work done by male employees organization s 80% achievements done by male employee, females are just chilling in office in morning and general shifts, supervisors, TLs and manager are also give fever to females which gives extra benefits to them on the other hand no one can listen to males and every time males gates only nights with strict observations of admin department and not ever tried to make males relaxed...Read More

Totally Fraud company. They don't give notice after resigning from the organization though I served 22 days after the resignation. Then they sent me a mail asking me to return the company's assets and according to them I followed. After returning company assets as requested, they claimed I absconded due to not serving the notice period. They have incorrectly updated my EPFO record with a wrong Date of Exit(DOE). Now HR rejects correcting the DOE and maintains that I absconded despite giving prior email exchange as proof....Read More

They don't give you notice period, i have worked for one of their client, and they didn't give me notice period nor the money what they mentioned on their policies, they do fraud. They didn't give my salary and eat my money and ignore the calls and mails.

Datamatics Global Services is a good company with good HR, management. With just 3 rounds of interviews (2 phone discussions,1 managerial face-2-face round) in one week,I was given the offer letter to work from client office at Honeywell Bangalore with immediate joining. Initially,the work was good. One person at the client side wasa good mentor with good temperament, communication, interpersonal skills. There was a disconnect between HR understanding of job role and what was anticipated by client manager. While HR told that it was a permanent job with client and would be made permanent after 1 year,client manager told it was a 3 months contract which was extended every 3 months until 1 yr was over. Afterwards instead of making it as permanent (as told by client HR), client manager hired someone junior from his state,college and made me resign with immediate effect.
