it's a sweat shop not a sweet shop. they pretend to pay their employees and the employees pretend to work, highly toxic work environment with insensitive upper management, the owner is super abusive and has not filters, there is no overtime pay. During Diwali they expect their staff to work until 2-3 am in the morning! It's unbelievable. most good employees leave within 6 months. the ones that stick around are the ones that can't find a better job elsewhere!...Read More

No compensation for overtime. work place is bad, AC is also off and owner is always is rude and shouting in his cabin, very disrespectful to vendors, officials, employees. no holidays for personal reasons. exploitation is best served here.
