The only perk here is the initial CTC they offer. The increment policies will not give you any increment.

The work culture is toxic People are expected to work for 11 hours on a daily basis. If you are putting in only 8 hours, you will be targeted and attacked on a personal level. The co-founders have no industrial experience and are unaware of the concept called “work-life balance” There is no job security, women employee safety (womenare asked to work late hours without any facility for transportation or even accountability), people are expected to work even when they are sick and sick leaves or any type of leaves are not appreciated.
