I was in Microsoft EPS. This is a wonderful training hub we can say where you can learn unlimited. Kudos to the Convergys Microsoft culture. Great trainers and learning environment!!

Dislikes

The salary packages are very low and a high pressure environment..no time for social life.

It was a wonderful learning experience. Its good if you can learn the technologies quickly or else its a high pressure job. Too many parametres!!

Good infrastructure, the company's policy are employee centric but take everything in written and every action must be documented or else in every situation you'll face issue.

The people working here are themselves not sure about the exact policy and when the time comes they pull out themselves save themselves from getting punished and you have to face the loss.
