They are offering good salary..breaks do not freez.salary on time.transport delays a lot but they are responsible enough about women safety. Cafeteria, breakout zone is good..people working there is the best part. Most of them are helpful.

Dislikes

It is disgusting to work in Concentrix.They hire when want..but after a year they started giving illogical targets when the process is about to wrap up..this is how they want you to resign..I was depressed that I felt that It's me who's lacking.. eventually I realized it's a strategy of company, so that they can hire new people offering less salary.I am horrified.

Handling uneducated customers with such targets..as if they are smart.can understand in one or two attempt..as it they know they are suppose to give feedback to the advisor behavior not the survice.actually it not not those customers who make the job frus

Security ambience and some people are very supporting

Rachael the ops manager doesnt have humanity even if the employee is sick and crying or on the verge to die i would say they dont have empathy and they try and teach empathy . Very bad behaviour and i would say no standards or class either. Poor !

The only problem was it used to be completely night shift with no holidays and had to compulsory work on weekends

Nothing I just Wasted 3 years for something that didn't do well as I was kicked out in the name of PIP. Having spent 3 years and all of a sudden I was thrown out. CNX Gurgaon SP infocity has people who play nasty politics and everyone is involved in it. On time salary. Office is good.

Scopes are less. Opportunities are language specific. Even regarding work pressures targeted peoples. No overtime they use to say please stretch without benefits. I did continuous night shift then 1st shift and HR even not said anything.
