I was hired in convergs and that is a amazing company in all things but when concentrix acquired convergys things became pathetic. Everyday employees felt demotivated, bullies by pathetic management and in my last months they became dictator that cuts employees basic salary Suggestions not to join this one if you are capable enough

1. Pathetic management 2. No increment in my case 722 rupees in 4 years 3. IGP is only for ones who are managers buddies 4. No family satisfaction 5. *The work culture is good * Salary for freshers is average but you will learn so much that you will be master of the department in which you'll be working after a certain amount of time as they focus on teaching and the seniors are also easily approachable and open the the employees so you will get all your questions answered by them if you find anything to discuss.

Dislikes

Depending on the department you're working you may feel exhausted due to overtime and work pressure but the management will still want you to be at workplace even if you're feeling unwell and will expect you to come on national holidays depending upon the client you are working for.

Concentrix is the company which in the COVID 19 also helped to many employees but on that time I am not an employee 🙂but it a very good job security.

For the employee of concentrix that more that 10 months it's a salary hike but much as very employee can feel a good satisfaction about salary.
