The best thing is Job security, they won't fire you unless you do something stupid things, they had their own gym and own smoking area. The work life is good (Not Excellent). They also provide courses that you can learn in your free time. But everyone behaviour is good not count TL.

Dislikes

The Management is very bad, and they take a lot of time to clean the cafeteria which is annoying, sometimes if you want leave then they won't give you unless you had health issues, when you will join you'll automatically know what's bad and what's good.

I worked in concentrix for 2 years this is very good place to start your career but if I talk about salary that was not so good. Work culture is very good and seniors are very supportive overall good experience.if you want to start your career you can join concentrix.

Company should care about employees difficulties in office, Some senior employee only want results but they not try to look into that are their own team facing any difficulties related to recently got training work knowledge, Computer system or Infrastructure.

Company is very good.we can learn lot of things from the company and it has job security Even there is also cab facility provided.so, over all it has a good experience with concentrix.

I was hired in convergs and that is a amazing company in all things but when concentrix acquired convergys things became pathetic. Everyday employees felt demotivated, bullies by pathetic management and in my last months they became dictator that cuts employees basic salary Suggestions not to join this one if you are capable enough

1. Pathetic management 2. No increment in my case 722 rupees in 4 years 3. IGP is only for ones who are managers buddies 4. No family satisfaction 5.
