I worked in client location and I don't know how they treat employees in main location. 1. They pay very less salary. 2. There is no work life balance whenever we ask for leaves the management will tell cannot approve leaves due to business expectations. 3. I could have given ZERO for work culture if there's an option. Work culture is toxic beacuse of dirty politics. To be specific Deba at Director level is a bad example to be a leader. I hope people at senior leadership level or above knows this and do something about it.

I have worked in cnx for 9.5 months. Company did not revoke my resignation because I raised voice against salary, smoking zone inside premises, complex company policy (unclear) and many more. Moreover my notice period was only for 15 days but I mailed for revoked 9 earlier to my resignation.

If you're okay with a lower salary and you do not care about promotion and appraisals, Concentrix could be a good option. It provides stable pocket money with a decent work-life balance, and you won't feel pressured to overwork. (Here I used the term "pocket money" instead of salary reason being it may be a decent amount of +2 or UG students, however for working professionals the pay scale is way lesser than the standard/market pay rate which you can easily get at other organisations.)...Read More

What disappoints me about this company is that the recruiter initially offered me 3x salary for the same process within the same company. However, when she discovered that I was an existing employee, they denied my request for the same salary they offer to external hires. Despite consistently showcasing outstanding performance for several months, the only form of appreciation I receive is limited to "Good Job" comments or reward points. The company seems willing to hire outsiders with less experience or knowledge and pay them higher salaries, but they do not show the same care for their existing employees....Read More

One of the worst organisation in private sector. Everyone is used to in data integrity n all like sharing the password with other to do work easy. If they find any escalation from client then they will close on any other person and take action. That is really very bad. If anyone is going to join the concentrix then be safe.

Decent salary for freshers in International process

Dislikes

Processes get ramp down all the time. They say they will give other process if that happens, which are blatant lies! 0% Job security. They give decent salary for freshers but if you are attracted by that you could even be standing without a job within 3 months of joining which happened to so many people (which I have seen personally)
