After working few years nothing is good I have seen in this company.

Too much office politics is here. Only few member is supportive who is a good human being. For office work pressure if you work 9 to 10 hours then not any one appreciate & not any over time you get from office. But if you don't want extra time then they forced to work but after work you don't get any over time payment. Increment is very pathetic it's coming after 2years but only 7 to 8 percent. And bonus is only which is your basic pay in payslip not one month salary not half salary. When you interview here they want to need you in 7days but when you want to quit then 2month notice period....Read More

Company is very old, vell known in industry. clients are one of few big names in industry. High quality printing experts.

Dislikes

Slow growth, high work pressure, no proper training. No value for extened working hours. No appreciation for job well done.
