After working few years nothing is good I have seen in this company.

Dislikes

Too much office politics is here. Only few member is supportive who is a good human being. For office work pressure if you work 9 to 10 hours then not any one appreciate & not any over time you get from office. But if you don't want extra time then they forced to work but after work you don't get any over time payment. Increment is very pathetic it's coming after 2years but only 7 to 8 percent. And bonus is only which is your basic pay in payslip not one month salary not half salary. When you interview here they want to need you in 7days but when you want to quit then 2month notice period....Read More

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
