Well, where to start everything is bad for an employee to work at collabera, if you are not logging in 13-14 hours you don't deserve to be called a professional. Useless meetings 4 times a day just to ask what have you done in previous 1 hour. Manager's shout on you on video call irrespective that you have made a mistake on not. They favour local employees and have huge regional biases. They give opportunity to go onshore to people who don't even deserve. Manager's have no idea about the day to day work except shouting on the employees if you don't have submission. Please think twice before working for this company...Read More
