Workload is too much. Clients are not working in saturdays still company is asking us to come on Saturdays and considering working day of saturday. Taking work 10 - 11 hours on daily basis and also ask us to stretch the work and take less breaks.

The working culture and environment. Although its the best place to work if one wants a career in US recruitment. The incentives are good.

Dislikes

Night shift creates some health issues and we are not able to balance our social life. Also sometimes the work pressure is pretty high. Rest it's a good place to work.
