To begin with, there is 10 hours shift wherein in the offer 9 hours is mentioned. Without proper training, they expect a new joiner to learn every single thing. Loads of politics and backstabbing from the management. No work transparency No support for the new joiners, they have to figure out everything on their own.. especially when you relocate

Job security is still there in cognizant unlike other companies. IJM helps to get promotion on time only if you are eligible and having capabilities.

Starting Covid, work life balance is missing in life and the annual appraisal is so pathetic that it won't reflect in your increased salary. But the worst thing which I felt in my whole cognizant career is that there is no policy to adjust the salary as per IT standard if you have joined with low salary scale in BPO that too withoutyour knowledge (because HR won't tell you which SO will be used for your joining but your salary structure will be based on that)....Read More

Good salary hike at time of joining only Good cafeteria at Manyatha Cab facilities available on odd shifts

1. Worst cab service ( they will put you like cattle in 5 seater cab and No consideration of women employee) 2. Worst Service desk team took more than 7 months to allocate a single headphone to me 3. Mandatory WFO for 3 days and few projects is 5 days mandatory. 4. Increment is very less Don't expect more than 50-60% variable pay.

It used to be very good till Frank was the CEO, post his retirement it underwent a dramatic change . Though they are realising it now, its too late

No Work Life Balance for the people who work hard. You will receive constant appreciations and promotions, but that said everything will fall on your shoulders. People who work lightly will get their time
