I have had the opportunity to work with clients, and I appreciate the client positive environment. which makes the work experience enjoyable. However, I feel that there isn’t anything particularly unique about the company itself.

I appreciate my time at the company and the collaborative environment we have. However, I would like to express that the lack of promotions and salary increases has been a concern for me. It can be discouraging when hard work doesn't seem to be recognized through career advancement or financial rewards. i like nothing The company don't give projects to work on & then they just layoff people for no reason

disliked everything first they will just allocate you to the support projects which is good as a fresher you learn & everything but they don't even provide your work & you just have to sit & wait for a billable project then they will put you on bench & HR will call you ask you to resign & layoff you for no reason even my manager said we don't have any projects For right now then why do you hire peoeple..!!!...Read More

Silent layoffs, first they hire freshers from campus placement then tag them in some support project for 2 years without giving them any real time client project work exposure, then they the project team will suddenly release those freshers to the bench and now these freshers have 2 years experience tagged, so during finding projects in bench everyone asks what work you have done in your previous project so when they say that we were buffer resource then they dont allocate them in any project and after reaching to the bench ageing limit, cognizant of hr will force these freshers to resign themselves or ready to get terminated from the company. There will be no work life balance. These MNC will hire fresh graduates in bulk and put them on bench for years with no projects in company and these students will have no skills if they try to switch. One fine day company makes them to do forceful resignation as their bench period has completed and these students has to start fresh again with no skills and 2 years of experience.

Apparently employees are not getting hikes and promotions because the CEO needs 170cr salary. The managers and HRs will never listen to you. My manager has not even once tried to contact me. Projects are so bad. Only support work.
