Compensation is low - You are good when you have a talented manager, otherwise you wont get the recognition you needed - Due to limited US visas now there are stringent criteria to apply for H1B/L1B visa - you wont be awarded in top notches every year even though you are worthy of a worker, some org. normalization they say.
