Many things...increments, promotion, work life balance, lack of ownership from higher management, no empathy towards junior associates in team...the list goes on.

Increment, promotion is based on favourism most of the time, not much opportunity to learn improve your skills. You may see biasness in management style. Allowances gets decreased with unexplainable reasons. Senior managers busy on flattering.

Medical Benefits are not at Par. Only hospitalization is covered and that too with a Co Pay of 10%. There should also be benefit of domiciliary allowances or reimbursements for Adhoc illness such as Viral, Dental

Cognizant will terminate the employment services at any time. After employee moved to bench the internal portal will not have any positions suitable to employee skill-set. Most of them were IT roles or on few roles the account managers decides to push internal employee. I advise all the positions which are there on Cognizant external website should also available on intranet portal.

Worst company, hell lot of discrimination between India and Manila. Management is worst and just care about how to loot money from client and warm their own pockets. No work life balance, worst of its kind.

Everything nothing good, they don't give you salary as what you do, no holiday, you need to work in india holiday and you need to work in US holiday as well. Management only do back hitching here. Don't ever join team under any philippians specially Joy Mendoza she is worst of her kind.

It is worst company in the compensation even the company making profit they were not distributing to employee only the top management is enjoying and if we asked they will tell its current industry trend, which is not acceptable at all and they were not promoting right employee and they promote only the people being yes boss type without any potential
