Cognizant Technology solution India limited is one of the reputed company which gives us a good work environment and having more opportunities but the only thing is the compensatory basis for the existing employees compared with new records. apart from compensatory basis to the very good company.

Dislikes

compensation and benefits for the existing employees hiring a new employee with the next level of pay not changing the current employees salary to the market level and shift allowance.

Auto Promotion seems to be a good thing however, I didn't get it as I am completely 2 years with organization

Its completely dependent on the Manager you are reporting to, but ideally the evironment is not great. The senior managment doesn't know how to lead by example. They are trying to enfore work, they are in frenzy

Senior management isn't great. They are just reacting to different situations, but ideally no proper governance.

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.

Dislikes

Extended working hours on almost daily basis. Sincere employees are overburdened with work while the insincere ones just enjoy. No time for self learning due to long working hours. Appraisal is based on office politics and not credibility.
