This is definetly not a good company for the hardworkers. Promotions happen on superiority basis and not on the work. Managers and teams leads are PREPARED and not competent enough for their level skills.

There is nothing I really liked about CGT.

Partial management, Super biased managers, poor work culture, no appreciation at all, almost daily stretch against your will, worst company to start the career for freshers or mid senior level, Frustrating culture only due to manager's micro management. For the sake of mental health please don't join Cognizant otherwise you will regret.
