It's was a roller coaster ride

The managers Vishal Karva and Dr Swapnil was bully and biased which forced me to leave the organization since I was only lead from Kolkata. The reason behind such act was to promote the one they promised but they did not even thought was before slaughtering the most eligible hardworking guy to promote for team lead.

Job security is all related to an individual performance. Companies gives ample time to an individual to perform. All companies follow the same PIP process and so does CTS. Work culture is very good. You get good amount of time to upskill yourself apart from your BAU task. If you think out of the box and come up with solutions, management does not think twice to recognise you. No matter how long or how hard you work or how satisfied you keep customer, Trio- Omkar Desai, Rehan Ansari, Kohli Swaradeep (EON)- never give any reward or appraisal. Complete waste of career years. Overtime doesn't pay. So left the company.

Poor HR system/Team. If HR is strong people management and employee satisfaction will be great because they act as bridge between bosses and system and help employees from bosses who are holistic and block the growth opportunities (managers won’t release reporting leads due to dependency on them and to get their jobs done through them and never lead by an example) lots of internal politics and the HR management doesn’t address our issue and are biased towards ops managers.
