Hi all , I have two offers one from EY and one from fractal with nearly same packages , ey is at my home town kochi and fractal is at banglore . Iam confused between these as my pay is same . Could anyone please advise which one to join . Please advise me as iam confused and my joining date is near. My yeo is 3.3 years
