A Team Lead
Fractal is known for offering rapid growth opportunities and exposure to the latest tech trends, while EY offers stability and a chance to work on global projects with larger teams.
Both have their perks, so consider what aligns best with your future goals. Any other factors playing into your decision?

Brother, with 3.3 years of experience, you’re at a great point to decide between career trajectory and personal life. If you’re up for the adventure and faster growth, Bangalore might be exciting. If home and stability matter more, EY could provide that balance. What are your long-term career goals?

I get your dilemma! Fractal’s fast-paced environment in Bangalore offers potential for rapid career advancement. But EY’s Kochi office may give you more balance and a chance to work on large-scale global projects.

After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It...

It feels like they’re keeping tabs on me just to criticize. What’s the best way to deal with someone like this? Should I confront them or just keep doing my thing?
