Hi all , 
I have two offers one from EY and one from fractal with nearly same packages , ey is at my home town kochi and fractal is at banglore . Iam confused between these as my pay is same . Could anyone please advise which one to join . 
Please advise me as iam confused and my joining date is near. 

My yeo is 3.3 years

Just got my hands on a viral offer letter from a company that left me stunned. 
For a salary of just ₹12,000, female employees are expected to follow a strict dress code: only churidar-kurtas with a shawl pinned on both sides, hair neatly tied back with a ribbon, no jeans, no open hair, and no casual wear even on Fridays. It’s 2025, and we're still being told how to dress and present ourselves like schoolgirls?

This isn’t about professionalism, it’s about control. As a woman, it’s frustrating to see companies focus more on policing our appearance than valuing our talent. Is this an office or a finishing school?

going above and beyond isn’t always acknowledged as expected. I completed a two-day costing task in a single day, thanks to the solid training from my past mentors. Hi everyone,
 I have 3.2 years of QA (Manual Testing) experience and recently completed ITGC & SOX Audit training (paid ₹25K).

 I’m applying for ITGC/IT Audit roles through career portals but not getting any response
. I hold certifications in 

(ISC)² CC, Azure (AZ-900, AI-900), Fortinet, Salesforce AI, API Security, and more. 

I'm currently earning ₹40K/month, living on rent, and getting married soon — so I’m looking for a stable, better-paying role. My expected CTC is 9–10 LPA, but I’m open to realistic offers. 

My trainer suggested changing my job title to “ITGC Trainee” instead of “QA” in my resume. Is that a good idea? 💬 

Any advice on resume changes, salary expectation, or how to connect with HRs would really help.
