Same old politics, if you are favourite then there is no stopping in your career or else even the hardwork doesn't pay here, believe me 3 onsite opportunities passed by to favourites, delay in promotion, poor performance review all in one single year inspite of 10+ years in same company, growth is stagnant such that you will stuck for years on one role if you don't have upper hand. So everything depends on your relation with your manager, 100% purely politics. Even if you try to escalate to HR nothing will happen....Read More
