Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? The company is good as it is one of the best companies of the world and also MNC. Other than that, nothing is so great about them.

The project is not really good, the process is complicated due to which most people have resigned from this project. I joined this company a year back 300 people were there in the project. Today, 60-70 people are there. Most of them have left, and rest are on the way of leaving. They've given desktop to the associates and when askedabout laptop they simple deny.
