Instead support employees received attack from cognizant alongside COVID-19 as their new policies to move out employees whoever in bench for more than 30 days even in these difficult situation in which we didn't get much projects.

Dislikes

Job security - Cognizant's new policies like moving out employees based on rating, bench time more than 30days gave a very strong weapon to managers, who can misuse against the associates he dislikes by rating low or releasing.
