1. Need to have Strategic Partnership with Client for continuous Business Operations. 2. Most of the Mid Senior level employees (SM+) lacks management. Giving False promises and False directions to subordinates. 3. Inability for employees to work on cross-technology skills. 4. Organization focusses more on core operational management instead of grooming Technical Managers. 5. Organization employs non-professional resources represent to client. Only capable resources (having both technical Framework knowledge and soft skills (demonstrational capabilities / Communication skills)) should have direct interaction with client or should be assigned as a key player to represent to client. 6. Its not a great place to work after Francis left from Organization. Work life imbalance, hike and promotion are very worst. Leadership wont follow HR policy like transfer, incentives etc. Where employee will claims money for their official work. Only leadership people are enjoying their life with greater salary package and their earnings. Current CEO is taking more pkg but gives very poor hike to employee like 1-2%.
