Cognizant is an excellent company by its company policy, but begin from Recruitment , if you didn't ask what you deserve you won't get the correct pay slab. After joining you might feel bad and you can't ask again. Promotions for lateral which involves lot of politics, you won't get if you don't have special Jing cha skill. Never ever get into horizontal....they will rotate you to different projects. If you plan for long leave then for see that you might have chance to getting released from project with bad rating . otherwise it's good company, if you get good manager....Read More

Hike is not as expected They are not with employees concern. Leave policy is very bad that is always judged by the manager even if someone has required. Medical team is not properly trained Cab system facility is not atall good Promotion is not on time. Career gwouth is not well.
