Work life balance is good. Job satisfaction is also fair. Company pays fair enough. I am not satisfied or I should say I am not impressed with the appraisal procedure implemented by the management. Post 1 year no appraisal at all or the performance bonus. They have their own way of doing it in the month of July or August and it doesn’t matter when you have completed 1 year.

Being big company generally we get projects after one project finishes. Since last year started to focus on training

As a technical support analyst, your leaves depend on the team. I worked on 3 different teams 1. Large team you have to preplan the leaves minimum 15 days before the start of each month, so it is hard to get leaves for festivals 2. Good manager always approved leaves 3. Can't even imagine to take leave tightly packed roster. Work life balance is good because I was in work from home most of the time. You are literally a slave of the client and no body will speak for you.. and if your too lucky to get a client like Novartis(pharmaceutical company) and especially get into celonis tool project then you can say bye bye to your mental health and just hug the salary you get and stay.
