It used to be a great place to work with a good work life balance, 3-4 years back.

Dislikes

Resource Management is at its very low level. Management is clueless how to keep employees happy. The behavior towards lateral joinees is like, we have paid u enough, don't complain and work. College freshers joining in, donot get good mentorship. Although they have started mentorship, noone is following up. Someone from differenttech is asked to mentor someone in different tech. There is a bunch of senior management who are so bad at management, they keep promoting each other and the tech work force are suffering....Read More

Weekend supports, holiday supports, supporting 24/7 projects with minimal resource, affecting the mental health of resources.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
