Got to learn new technologies because the projects are short term and it keeps getting ramped down after 1year.

Management is not bothered about employees. Manager is not interested in talking to employees before the performance appraisal. Worked in 2 projects and it's the same in both. They give the comments just based on their intuition. Both the managers I had are not from my team and they won't know anything about what we work on. They always say yes to the client without knowing whether the job can be done or not. The timelines they commit are unrealistic. Most projects follow Agile methodology just for name sake. Agile is made a joke here. No proper planning is done. Client is always right and employees have to work 14 hours a day even if they are sick. No humanity in the management here. HR is very rude and they are least bothered about your difficulties in the project. Even if you put your resignation they are happy to let you go and threaten like we did a very big mistake by leaving this horrible company. If we are on bench after a project ramp down they will threaten us to take the first offer we get even if it does not allign with our skills and experience....Read More
