The project I was working was qatar airways .in that the I had very bad experience from the managerial perspective. Work life balance. Hybrid work model Salary as there is very little variable component unlike other companies.
No promotions. I have seen people waiting 8 years to be promoted. No job security if you are on bench. No good projects in infrastructure domain for career growth. No skill development. No encouragement to develop cross domain skills. Last but not the least, too much of favouritism based on region and language you speak. Atleast it was in my case.
