The company didn’t pay my FNF, as I kept resignation the Hr called me and ask me told me that instead of 90 days take 35 notice and we will pay 3months salary and earners leaves but received only one month pay.

Cognizant is a very good company, most I like in Cognizant is work environment. Yeah Cognizant is very helpful in COVID19 situation. They prioritise employees saftly fisrt.

Only the thing is compensation wise I am getting very low, this is not same for all.

Initially I joined as a Process Executive in GL accoounts team, later as per my interest I learnt SAP fico and got an opportunity with in Cognizant. I moved to SAP fico module as a Programmer. I learnt many things in Cognizant, most are good things only.

You will get a lot of free time. There are only testing projects nearly so you will get easy life in Cognizant. Nothing else.

Dislikes

You won't find proper work here. Cognizant recruiters employees and will put you on bench for like 5-6 months. No learning. Specially not for freshers or 2-3 experience. You have to plead for work here.
