There is no Bond presented and you can leave whenever you want.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very difficult If you are stuck in a random hectic project. Based on the project your wlb will be decided. There is minimum scope of skill development and growth. The managerial department are very poor in understanding the concerns of an employee and though they understand will not help us.
