Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Work life balance. Hybrid work model Salary as there is very little variable component unlike other companies.

Dislikes

No promotions. I have seen people waiting 8 years to be promoted. No job security if you are on bench. No good projects in infrastructure domain for career growth. No skill development. No encouragement to develop cross domain skills. Last but not the least, too much of favouritism based on region and language you speak. Atleast it was in my case.

Salary credited on time. Two way cab. Large campus. Once in 6 months we use to go to trip to nearby places.

Dislikes

After giving training in academy, there are lot of irregularities in project allocation. Joiners have to wait for 1-6 weeks for projects and also some problems after that. They also don't allow them to report from home during this waiting period (where they are just sitting idle for days).

No work-life balance. you need to work like a machine no matter day or night. Still gets very less hikes and that too after too much delays. If your project is completed so as you are. You'll be removed from org. On investment on employee engagement and no proper promotion and hikes.
