My job, the work that I do. That's the only thing interesting, the higher management on the other hand? terrible.
The higher management, the clients, high expectations that are just not possible to fulfil sometimes. Everyday there's an update or rather a new rule that gets added to a plethora of already existing rules that we have to follow while working. And then to shame us after a mistake by sending screenshots in various teams group is justso childish and feels like we are in school. Not cool at all. The amount of effort we put in, the salary is nothing compared to it. Let's not even talk about rewards or bonuses. And i believe this is happening in just my team which is huge, it's a whole other department. And I work from home ,so this will not help you if you are someone with an office going role, i have no idea what's going on there. Best of luck....Read More

I've lost my mental peace after I've joined this process. It actually comes under BPS. I didn't know that this will be so hectic. I've to work with 3 monitors. I only get 45 min ( strictly) of break during my shift. My shift hours are too bad. It's rotational shifts. Even if I miss one news , they send me mail regarding this. Work life balance is good. Job satisfaction is also fair. Company pays fair enough. I am not satisfied or I should say I am not impressed with the appraisal procedure implemented by the management. Post 1 year no appraisal at all or the performance bonus. They have their own way of doing it in the month of July or August and it doesn’t matter when you have completed 1 year.
