Authoritative Leadership, Office politics, Biased opportunities and performance reviews. Forced attrition. Insurance policy is not good. Delayed hikes and promotions, Extended work hours due to hybrid work policy. Pets take most of the perks unless you work so hard that they have to share some. However, these are most common things that you will come across all IT companies. Just learn to survive, upskill and excel. I have got an opprtunity to work at different locations and in diversified tools and technologies and various domains. Frequently changing revision cycles, changing promotions process and cycles and very less salary hikes. Also for the veteran employees, salary standards are very low compard to the market standards

Work life balance. Hybrid work model Salary as there is very little variable component unlike other companies.

Dislikes

No promotions. I have seen people waiting 8 years to be promoted. No job security if you are on bench. No good projects in infrastructure domain for career growth. No skill development. No encouragement to develop cross domain skills. Last but not the least, too much of favouritism based on region and language you speak. Atleast it was in my case.
