Reporting hierarchy is horrible, you report to Ur hcm but you do not directly work with him, this leads lot of problems during appraisal , promotion, visa filing etc.

I have got an opprtunity to work at different locations and in diversified tools and technologies and various domains. It has helped me build a robust career and helped me grow along with the organization.
Frequently changing revision cycles, changing promotions process and cycles and very less salary hikes. Also for the veteran employees, salary standards are very low compard to the market standards

Work life balance. Hybrid work model Salary as there is very little variable component unlike other companies.
No promotions. I have seen people waiting 8 years to be promoted. No job security if you are on bench. No good projects in infrastructure domain for career growth. No skill development. No encouragement to develop cross domain skills. Last but not the least, too much of favouritism based on region and language you speak. Atleast it was in my case.
